Making An Appointment To See A Counsellor

Making an appointment is easy.  Just drop by the Guidance office and look for the appointment binder.  Locate your counsellor's section (the grade list is in the binder).  Search for  a free time slot and sign your name in that slot.  Remember that each slot is only worth 15 minutes, so if you will need more time, fill in more slots!

Grade 9 - Ms. McAlpine
Grade 10 - Ms. Daniel
Grade 11 - Mr. Chow (last name starting with A-M), Ms. McAlpine (last name starting with N-Z)
Grade 12 - Mr. Chow

You may choose to see one of the other counsellors if you like; however, your grade counsellor will be responsible for your academic support.

You should always try to book your appointments on your lunch or spare, but if this is not possible, make sure you speak to your teacher ahead of time.  You don't want to miss something really important!
